About the Role

Derash Equb Financial Technology PLC is seeking an External Legal Consultant to provide comprehensive legal support on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal review of contracts and agreements
• Provide advice on partnerships and financial compliance
• Represent the company in disputes or negotiations
• Deliver legal opinions on company decisions when requested
• Provide regulatory and risk consultation

Payment Structure

You can choose one of the following compensation models:

• Per Case Fee — negotiated per assignment
• Monthly Retainer + Case Fee — small base fee plus discounted case rate
