Position Overview

The Deputy Manager is responsible for translating corporate strategy into actionable operational plans, driving efficiency, managing resources, and fostering a high-performance, compliance-driven organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily operational activities across all business and support divisions
• Ensure operational efficiency, quality, cost control, and alignment with corporate policies and standards
• Partner with the general manager in developing strategic plans, operational budgets, and business priorities
• Translate strategic direction into measurable operational plans and KPIs
• Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions where required
• Oversee supply chain functions including procurement, inventory, and distribution
• Provide operational, technical, and marketing support to field bases
• Ensure compliance and quality in cleaning processes
• Strengthen base-level cleaning capacity through coaching and gap-filling
• Support coordination and reporting at organizational level
• Reinforce emergency response when required
• Collaborate with finance on forecasting and cash flow management
