About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering front office customer service support at the branch. You will handle account maintenance, process payment and collection transactions, and respond to customer inquiries while managing both cash and non-cash operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide front office customer service support at the branch
- Handle and verify account maintenance activities
- Process payment and collection transactions
