United System Integrators (USi) is a systems maintenance and support organization providing unparalleled services to its clients. Within a short time, USi has grown steadily to expand its operations to systems delivery and integration, as well as providing implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions and business applications in response to the growing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and professional services needs in Ethiopia.

Currently, USi operates with over 50 permanently employed engineering, sales/pre-sales, technical support, and other staff members, with the capability to rapidly expand its workforce depending on project size, scope, and specific expertise requirements.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Support Consultant to manage the day-to-day operations of our Temenos Financial Inclusion SaaS platform clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring service quality and compliance, optimizing performance, and coordinating between technical and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze management directions and implement them correctly across operations
• Monitor company performance and ensure goals are met
• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Oversee driver onboarding, deployment, performance monitoring, and retention
• Ensure service quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Handle operational incidents, disputes, and escalation cases
• Liaise with government offices, partners, and vendors as required
• Apply strong business knowledge to run and grow USi operations
• Ensure all directives are completed properly and contribute to company growth
