Position Overview

Droga Pharma PLC is a leading importer, distributor, and commission agent for pharmaceuticals and healthcare products in Ethiopia. Since our establishment in April 2015, we have grown from two staff members to over 400 employees with diverse professional backgrounds. As we expand our pharmacy chain across the nation and continue operating Droga Physiotherapy Specialty Clinic—Ethiopia's premier physiotherapy facility—we seek a skilled Cameraman & Video Editor to support our multimedia content creation needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high-end cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema rigs) in various environments including office settings, clinical environments, and outdoor events
• Manage lighting and audio capture using external microphones and lighting kits to ensure professional-grade quality
• Direct talent and subjects during shoots to capture authentic and engaging footage
• Collaborate on storyboards and scripts during the pre-production phase
• Trim and assemble raw footage into cohesive narratives or informational sequences
• Apply color grading and sound design to enhance visual and auditory experience
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and transitions using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Export and optimize video content for various platforms including social media, internal training, and large-screen presentations
• Archive and organize all raw assets and project files for future use
• Maintain all equipment through regular checks and ensure safe storage of all gear
