Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Senior Projects Manager to join our team in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. In this role, you will manage a group of designed projects with dedicated budgets and lead a team of specialists (agronomists and technicians) responsible for designing and implementing impact projects in partnership with local partners such as cooperatives and farmers.

This position is expected to rapidly evolve in the medium term to include business development in the region, particularly fundraising with multilateral organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Implementation

• Propose and design long-term strategies for assigned projects
• Manage, monitor, and report on project progress
• Coordinate impact monitoring activities
• Design and coordinate community engagement initiatives
• Design and implement long-term autonomy plans

Project Design & Management

• Assess the feasibility of and design new ecosystem restoration projects
• Oversee implementation of activities at the farm and landscape level in strong collaboration with the existing local team
• Develop project budgets in close coordination with stakeholders
