About the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF)

The African Legal Support Facility is an international organization established by Treaty in 2008. Its overarching goal is to help maximize resources available for economic development and social progress in its African Member Countries.

In 2018, the ALSF received funding from Germany through KfW and commissioned ICON-INSTITUT GmbH to strengthen ALSF's strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation activities, develop staff skills and competencies, explore alternative funding sources, and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Project Context

To sustain the most impactful and successful interventions achieved to date, the ALSF is requesting additional support services. This assignment will focus on the development of a comprehensive Staff Benefits System for the ALSF.

Key Responsibilities

The expert will identify the most suitable benefits to provide to all categories of ALSF staff members, including:

• Health Insurance Coverage
• Education Allowance
• Pension Plan development

Requirements

• Experience in African context is an advantage
• CV must follow the KfW-Format template
• Certificates must be submitted in digital format
