ICON-INSTITUTE is recruiting for a strategic position with the African Legal Support Facility (ALSF), an international organization established by Treaty in 2008.

About ALSF

The African Legal Support Facility is an international organization dedicated to helping maximize resources available for economic development and social progress in its African Member Countries. In 2018, ALSF received funding from Germany through KfW and commissioned ICON-INSTITUT GmbH to strengthen ALSF's strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation activities, develop staff skills and competencies, explore additional funding sources, and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Position Overview

This expert consultant role focuses on developing a comprehensive Staff Benefits System for ALSF. The position involves identifying and implementing the most suitable benefits for all staff categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify appropriate benefits for all staff member categories
• Develop health insurance coverage options
• Establish education allowance programs
• Design and develop a pension plan for ALSF staff
