SAASA B2E is growing and seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to join our team.
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Representative with a strong technical background to promote and sell FMCG beverages (alcohol and non-alcohol products) to corporate clients. This role combines commercial skills (70%) with technical product knowledge (30%), including managing after-sales service and providing technical follow-up.
Main Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (70%)
- Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients (SMEs, large corporations, institutions)
- Promote and sell FMCG beverage products and solutions
- Propose tailored solutions aligned with each client's business needs
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales action plans to expand market reach
After-Sales Service (SAV) Management
- Handle, follow up, and resolve after-sales service requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution
- Manage product returns, exchanges, and warranty processing
- Monitor intervention deadlines and ensure post-purchase customer satisfaction
- Document all service interventions and maintain up-to-date client records
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand clients' technical and business needs to recommend suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales and after-sales cycle
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor technological developments and market trends
