Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

• Actively prospect, identify, and secure new business from construction companies, contractors, architects, and private homeowners
• Construct and oversee a consistent sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to enter new market segments and grow market share
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and technical product demonstrations to prospective buyers

Customer Relationship and Account Management

• Act as the main liaison for designated accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Offer professional technical guidance regarding glass varieties, specifications such as safety ratings or thermal properties, and suitable applications
• Address and settle customer grievances and post-purchase issues with speed and professionalism

Order Processing and Operational Coordination

• Manage the full order lifecycle accurately, from initial quotation through to final delivery
• Partner with production, logistics, and installation departments to guarantee precise and punctual order fulfillment
• Oversee every phase of the sales cycle, including price negotiations, contractual agreements, and payment tracking

Market Intelligence and Strategy

• Perform continuous market research to track competitor behavior and market trends
