Position Overview

Good Neighbors International (GNI) is seeking a motivated and experienced professional videographer and photographer to produce high-quality video and audiovisual documentation with photographic content for a malnutrition resilience project in Cameroon.

Good Neighbors Cameroon recognizes that overcoming the malnutrition crisis in Mehe requires a transition from emergency aid to community-led resilience. The organization empowers families with climate-smart agricultural skills as a primary mechanism to protect children's rights and ensure long-term food security against environmental volatility. By providing training adapted to Mehe's harsh 9-month dry season and nutrient-poor soils, this project focuses on diversifying the local food basket beyond millet through sustainable organic methods and water-management techniques.

Position Details

• Location: Mayo Sava Department, Far North Region, Cameroon (Mora-Mehe)
• Start Date: February 2026
• End Date: December 2026
• Duration: 1.5 days of filming per activity (maximum number of days to be determined for the 2026 contract, including editing and delivery)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in audiovisual production
• Fluency in French and English
• Proven experience as a cameraman
• Expertise as an audiovisual technician
• Experience in video editing and assembly
• Graphic design skills

• Technical proficiency in audiovisual equipment and software
• Ability to work in remote field locations
