BOMA works to help shape a new system where governments, donors, and NGOs invest in holistic, long-term, sustainable poverty graduation approaches that empower the most vulnerable to achieve an exit from extreme poverty. BOMA’s poverty graduation program, Rural Entrepreneur Access Project (REAP), helps ultra-poor women start and build businesses and savings groups, increase their household financial and food security, build their resilience to emergencies and shocks such as droughts, invest in their children’s health and education, and have increased voice, choice, and agency in their households and communities.The BOMA Project Team is growing. We are looking for an Associate Salesforce Systems Administrator to support our programs and technical advisory partnership in the Arid lands of Africa1. Job PurposeThe Associate Salesforce Systems Administrator will work within the Information Technology team and will be responsible for the day-to-day first level support, configuration and training of staff and partners on use of our Salesforce system within the implementing context. Working closely with colleagues across the Organization and within the team, the Associate Salesforce Systems Administrator will help identify, support development and deployment of new processes and workflows to support our mission as an organization and to improve efficiency in the ways we use our Salesforce System to carry out our strategic mission. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Associate Salesforce Systems Administrator should prioritize all aspects of user management including end user support, delivering training, documenting customizations and support in designing solutions with user satisfaction as a priority.We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning as the platform develops.
