## Title: Lead Generation Specialist

About the Position

An established company is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new business growth and expand the sales pipeline. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying potential clients while supporting the new business team in achieving sales targets and company objectives.

Primary Objectives

  • Generate new leads and increase the volume of prospects in the sales funnel
  • Build a pipeline of qualified leads to support business plans, quotas, and company objectives
  • Develop leads through phone calls, social media, and email outreach

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and contact potential leads from all channels, qualify and score leads to differentiate between interested prospects and those ready to purchase
  • Conduct initial outreach via telephone, email, and other communication methods to establish client interest before handoff to the new business manager
  • Research, maintain, and update the lead generation database on a daily basis
  • Develop strong product and service knowledge to facilitate the sales process
  • Utilize email marketing tools and social media platforms to generate qualified leads
  • Deliver sales pitches and build professional relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions with attention to detail
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to management on a daily basis

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with cold calling and email marketing tools
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Research and database management capabilities
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Clear understanding of sales processes and sales pipeline stages
  • Experience in international sales environment (preferred)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
