MD Pavilion is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager for our Pavilion Branch in Johannesburg. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our aesthetic clinic operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and inventory
• Lead and mentor clinical and administrative staff
• Drive business development and sales growth
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build strong client relationships and close sales effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Full qualification in Advanced Aesthetics, Slimming, and Skincare
• Minimum 5+ years of proven business development and growth experience
• Strong store operations and inventory management skills
• Demonstrated leadership and staffing management abilities
• Proven track record of sales growth with documented achievements
• Reliable personal transportation
• 3 contactable professional references

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,000 (D.O.E.)
• Daily cash incentives based on targets achieved
• Commission on sales
