Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure your team is aligned with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values
• Ensure design quality requirements are clearly understood, agreed upon, and controlled through proper change-management procedures
• Arrange and manage engineering consultants for specialised project needs
• Lead the process engineering, design, and development of new process plants or improvements to existing plants
• Apply process engineering principles, including mass and energy balances and P&ID design, to optimise and troubleshoot processes
• Identify opportunities for process and design optimisation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase throughput, and enhance product quality
• Select appropriate equipment and machinery; specify requirements and collaborate with vendors and discipline engineers to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Ensure all designed manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Identify potential hazards and implement safety protocols to mitigate risks
• Manage work allocation and team coordination

Remuneration

Market related, negotiable based on experience.
