About the Opportunity

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking motivated, professional, and driven individuals to join our growing team in Johannesburg, Bedfordview. We are recruiting for two positions: Sales Agent and Operations Administrator. The ideal candidates must be enthusiastic, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Sales Agent

Role Overview

The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records

Requirements

  • Reside in or around Johannesburg or nearby suburbs
  • Age between 19–30 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or customer service experience (advantageous)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Operations Administrator

Role Overview

The Operations Administrator will support the daily administrative and operational functions of the company to ensure efficiency and organization within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and data capturing
  • Assist with operational coordination and office management tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports
  • Support management with operational and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

  • Reside in or around Johannesburg or nearby suburbs
  • Age between 19–30 years
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with office software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
