## Title: Experienced Sales Agent

About the Role

Credit Matters is seeking self-motivated and highly driven Experienced Sales Agents to join our Sales Team in the City Centre. We are looking for confident individuals who are great communicators, sales-driven, and hungry to achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

Identify customer needs and requirements
Deliver excellent customer service through phone and written communication
Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Work proactively as part of a collaborative team environment

Required Qualifications

Matric Certificate
Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (Xhosa as a third language is welcome)
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
Minimum of 1 year Call Center experience or 1 year Debt Review experience
