About the Role

MD Pavilion is seeking a qualified and experienced Clinic Manageress to lead our aesthetic clinic in New Germany. You will manage all aspects of clinic operations while driving business development and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and inventory
• Lead and mentor clinic staff
• Drive business development and revenue growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Full qualification in Advanced Aesthetics, Slimming, and Skincare
• Proven expertise in aesthetic treatments including:
  • Microneedling
  • Mesotherapy
  • Fat dissolving injections
  • Laser lipo
  • Chemical peels
  • Facials
  • Cavitations
  • Radio frequency
  • Hydrafacials
  • Laser hair removal (Soprano Ice)
• 5+ years of proven business development and growth track record
• Strong store operations and inventory management experience
• Demonstrated sales excellence and proven ability to close deals
• Strong leadership and staffing management skills
• Reliable personal transportation
• Self-starter mentality with ability to motivate teams

Advantageous Qualifications

• Business Administration Diploma
• Marketing certification or experience

Remuneration Package

• Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,500 (Depending on Experience)
