Formal Education

• Relevant degree in business management or finance, preferably complemented with an investment management qualification

Experience

• At least 12 years relevant experience in the financial services industry

• Identify, develop and direct the implementation of the division's strategy
• Plan and direct the division's activities to achieve stated and agreed targets and standards
