## Title: Lead Warmer - Insurance Sales

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to join their team as a Lead Warmer for 1life insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads through initial outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and qualify leads for insurance products
Build relationships with potential customers through professional telesales techniques
Prepare leads for handoff to sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications

Requirements

Minimum one year of telesales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
