About the Role

SMN Logistics is seeking an experienced Code 14 driver to operate a back-end tipper truck (double differential) for harbour operations at Durban Port. This is a stable position offering immediate start once credentials are verified.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate back-end tipper trucks (double differential) for harbour operations
• Transport loads on local routes within Durban Port
• Work day and night shifts as required
• Maintain adherence to harbour procedures and site safety protocols
• Complete loads efficiently to maximize earnings

Required Qualifications

• Valid Code 14 driver's licence with Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
• Proven experience operating SmartShift gearbox trucks
• Demonstrated experience driving back-end tipper trucks (double differential)
• Minimum 35 years of heavy vehicle driving experience
• Current residence in or around Durban
• Willingness to work day and night shifts
• Strong understanding of harbour procedures and site safety requirements

Remuneration

Basic salary plus payment per load completed. Earnings are performance-dependent based on loads completed.
