About the Role

Surge Electrical Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a leading solar installation company, is seeking a driven Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. This is a performance-based contract position with a minimum 3-year commitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost online presence
• Create engaging content showcasing solar solutions
• Manage Google Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions
• Track and optimize campaign performance
• Identify and implement strategies to increase installations per month
• Supply content and manage sales representatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven digital marketing experience (Google Ads, social media, content creation)
• Analytical, creative, and results-driven approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of the solar industry (preferred)
