 HEALTHCARE WORKER – DIALYSIS UNIT

Location: Durban

Facility: Oasis Dialysis Clinic

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Worker to join our dynamic dialysis team. The successful candidate will assist in providing high-quality patient care within a renal setting.

 Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric

Relevant Healthcare Worker / Caregiver qualification

Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment

Renal or dialysis experience is advantageous

Good communication skills

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Strong teamwork and professional work ethic

 Key Responsibilities:

Assist nursing and technical staff with patient care

Prepare dialysis stations and maintain cleanliness of the unit

Monitor and report patient concerns to senior staff

Ensure infection control protocols are followed

Support patients with mobility and comfort needs
