Position Overview

Oculus Properties is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Capturer to support administrative and reporting functions. This is a fully remote, task-based position suitable for individuals who are self-disciplined and capable of working independently.

Position Details

• Type: Part-Time | Task-Based | No Fixed Working Hours
• Location: Remote (Applicants must reside in Phoenix, Durban)
• Work Structure: Task and output-based with flexible scheduling

Key Responsibilities

• Extract raw data from various sources and accurately convert it into structured Excel spreadsheets
• Perform data capturing and validation with high attention to detail
• Prepare basic reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Organize and maintain digital records

Requirements

• Must reside in Phoenix, Durban
• Age: 18–30 years old
• Own laptop with stable internet access
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines without supervision

Advantageous Skills

• Previous administrative or data capturing experience
• Familiarity with handling large data sets
