Counter Sales Representative

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Position Overview:

• Serve customers at the counter, providing technical advice on electrical products and solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Generate quotations, process sales, and handle invoicing
• Maintain accurate records of sales and stock movements
• Handle order preparation, picking, and packaging for delivery
• Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory management
• Respond promptly to customer queries, complaints, and product inquiries

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or counter work within the electrical industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and related products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, stock or sales systems)
• Ability to read product specifications and technical documents
• Own transport and a valid drivers license
