Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Supervisor to oversee daily production operations at our Fourways facility. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an immediate start opportunity for a natural leader who knows how to get the best out of a team, maintain quality standards, and keep the factory floor running at full capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage factory floor staff on a daily basis
• Ensure production targets are met on time and to specification
• Monitor quality control throughout the production process
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance regulations at all times
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently
• Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance check-ins
• Report on output, downtime, and performance to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Manage stock, materials, and equipment on the factory floor

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a factory or production supervisory role
• Strong leadership skills — firm, fair, and respected by teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
• Matric certificate (minimum); technical or trade qualifications advantageous
