Duties: and responsibilities: - Service existing and new customers effectively by maintaining a regular call pattern. - Form dynamic business relationships with existing and new customers. - Acquire new customers and new business. - Increase sales with existing customers. - Ensure that customers always have sufficient stock. - Solve problems efficiently. - Maintain a professional business attitude in all daily transactions. - Maintain sound administration practices, including reports. - Manage client relationships. - Collaborate cross-functionally between all departments to deliver solutions tailored to the clients needs.
