## Title: Reception Manager

About the Role

This vacancy presents an opportunity to join a leading organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Welcome Desk/Reception is effectively and efficiently managed at all times, providing members with a positive first impression and maximizing member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the Reception desk operations
  • Train and supervise Receptionist staff
  • Assist with Club Administration when necessary
  • Handle cash management
  • Communicate effectively with members and staff
  • Monitor access and overrides for staff and members
  • Manage reception stock control
  • Resolve member complaints promptly and professionally
  • Conduct group exercise classes as required

Required Experience and Competencies

  • Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position (advantageous)
  • Proven track record in managing staff, planning, organizing, conflict handling, and problem-solving
  • Advanced levels of administrative accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Ability to motivate staff and lead by example
  • Display uncompromising levels of honesty and integrity
  • Friendly and efficient demeanor
  • High energy levels
  • Intermediate PC skills
  • Ability to work shifts
  • Reliable transport
