Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. You will be the key point of contact for customers, managing the complete sales cycle and delivering tailored ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand requirements and provide competitive quotations
- Establish and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Stay current with the company's product portfolio and market trends to confidently recommend solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle and execute all necessary sales activities
- Process customer orders and ensure follow-through to completion
- Meet sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer service
Required Experience
- 12 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., SAP)
- Matric / Grade 12 certification
- CompTIA N+ certification or equivalent networking qualification
Advantageous Experience & Qualifications
- Background in the IT/ICT industry
- Experience with Wired and Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, or Call Centre environments
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma)
