Branch Manager

About the Role

Quality Crate Manufacturers is a well-established plastic manufacturing company seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of our branch. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective running of a 24-hour, 7-day operation, while maintaining high production, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations across all shifts
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 20 staff members
• Ensure production targets and operational efficiencies are achieved
• Maintain strict quality control and health & safety standards
• Monitor efficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall performance
• Implement process improvements and solve operational challenges proactively
• Coordinate maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minimise downtime
• Ensure smooth communication between management and production teams
• Provide after-hours leadership and support when required

Requirements

• Proven management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong operational and production oversight experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
