Position Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Wholesale Operations Executive under a fixed-term contract (D3 level) with an expiry date of July 16, 2026. This position is based in Harare and falls under the Parksmed Investments division of a confidential company.

Reporting Structure

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage wholesale operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and meet organizational goals
• Monitor inventory levels, supply chain activities, and distribution processes
• Implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs
• Liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers and clients, to maintain strong business relationships

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in business, supply chain management, operations, or a related field
• Proven experience in wholesale operations or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with the Zimbabwean market is an advantage
