Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to direct all aspects of training delivery, spiritual mentorship, and residential campus operations. This position ensures apprentices achieve meaningful personal growth across faith development, family relationships, and professional competency—ultimately preparing them to serve as principled contributors within their respective communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of training programs combining discipleship and vocational instruction
• Manage day-to-day campus life activities and residential operations
• Guide apprentices' spiritual development and character formation
• Foster a supportive community environment that emphasizes faith, family, and professional growth
• Monitor apprentice progress and ensure alignment with program objectives
