Position Overview

This role involves directing all training initiatives, mentoring activities, and assistance programs for the Empowerment Resource Group (ERG). The successful candidate will work to reinforce and develop self-help groups (SHG) throughout the designated district.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs for ERG members and self-help group participants
• Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to strengthen group leadership and organizational capacity
• Offer sustained support services to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of established groups
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of self-help groups within the assigned district
• Develop strategies to enhance group performance and community impact
• Maintain regular communication with group leaders and members
• Document activities and outcomes to track organizational development
