Position Overview

This role reports directly to the Director of Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to medical emergencies, conducting patient assessments, stabilizing individuals requiring urgent care, delivering nursing interventions, and ensuring safe transportation of patients to appropriate medical facilities. This position demands adherence to the highest professional standards, with particular emphasis on patient safety and confidentiality.

Primary Responsibilities

• React promptly to medical emergency calls and incidents
• Evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate interventions
• Stabilize patients presenting with acute medical or traumatic conditions
• Perform nursing care procedures and treatments as required
• Coordinate and oversee safe patient transfer and transportation
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and patient confidentiality at all times
• Uphold professional standards in all aspects of patient care
