Cropping Coach - Expiry Date: 2026-07-06

Position Overview

This is a full-time, residential position based in Ebenezer Matobo, Zimbabwe. The Cropping Coach will report directly to the Cropping Manager and manage the daily operations of a 10-hectare agricultural production unit while simultaneously providing mentorship and training to a team of 15-20 apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all day-to-day activities across the 10-hectare cropping operation
• Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 apprentices in practical agricultural techniques and sustainable farming methods
• Ensure crop production meets efficiency and profitability targets
• Provide hands-on coaching and leadership development to apprentices
• Support the personal and professional growth of team members through discipleship and mentoring
• Maintain productive agricultural operations while prioritizing team training and skill development
