Position Overview

This role involves supporting the operational efficiency of Finance and Administration functions across member organizations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting internal audit reviews, providing administrative assistance to members with temporary capacity needs, and strengthening the Finance and Administration team's capabilities through knowledge transfer and training initiatives.

Work Location

Based at Murgwi Estate, Shamva, Zimbabwe. This position requires frequent travel between member locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth operation of Finance and Administration departments across member organizations
• Execute internal audit procedures to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide targeted administrative support to members facing temporary staffing or operational challenges
• Develop and enhance the technical capabilities of Finance and Administration teams through mentoring and training programs
• Travel extensively between member sites to deliver on-site support and guidance
