The Department of Business Management is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for two academic positions at the level of Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, or Professor, dedicated to the Master of Business Leadership programme (full-time mode).

Position Overview

These are full-time academic roles based in Zimbabwe. The successful candidates will contribute to the delivery and development of the Master of Business Leadership programme within the Department of Business Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching and supervision on the Master of Business Leadership programme
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic administration within the department
• Engage in research and scholarly activities consistent with the level of appointment
• Mentor and guide postgraduate students in their academic and research pursuits

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants must possess relevant academic qualifications, typically a Master's degree or higher in Business Leadership, Business Management, or a closely related field
• A proven track record of teaching at university level, with experience in postgraduate education being an advantage
• For senior positions (Senior Lecturer and above), a doctoral qualification and a strong record of research publications are generally expected
• Demonstrated experience in supervising postgraduate research projects or dissertations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
