About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to assume the Senior Manager position within IT Service Management. This role is instrumental in establishing the strategic vision and achieving operational excellence throughout the organization's IT service delivery. You will be responsible for safeguarding service reliability, maintaining robust governance frameworks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership will directly support the organization's financial sustainability objectives, ensure business continuity readiness, and accelerate digital transformation efforts through the implementation of industry best practices in ITSM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic direction for IT Service Management across the enterprise
- Oversee operational performance and service delivery standards to meet organizational requirements
- Establish and maintain governance structures that ensure accountability and compliance
- Lead continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning initiatives
- Champion digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Build and manage high-performing teams within the ITSM function
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of ITSM frameworks and best practices
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of IT governance and risk management
- Experience supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives
