Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
• Supervise nursing staff and manage scheduling to maintain optimal coverage
• Ensure adherence to Cimas policies, procedures, and global health protocols
• Monitor patient care quality and implement improvements as needed
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline patient services
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Valid nursing license with relevant regulatory body in Zimbabwe
• Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Proficient in computer applications and electronic health records
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
