About the Opportunity
A prominent financial services organization is recruiting an experienced leader to direct and enhance its physical banking infrastructure. This strategic role focuses on managing branches, automated teller machines, and agent banking networks while ensuring cohesive alignment with the organization's digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and operational efficiency of all physical banking locations and channels
- Optimize branch networks, ATM deployments, and agency banking partnerships
- Drive seamless integration between physical and digital customer touchpoints
- Develop and implement omnichannel strategies that enhance customer experience across all banking channels
- Monitor channel performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure consistent service standards and compliance across all physical locations
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in financial services, banking operations, or retail channel management
- Proven track record leading omnichannel or multi-channel banking initiatives
- Strong understanding of physical banking infrastructure and digital integration
