About the Organization
Lesedi Community Projects (LCP) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving lives through education, health, and skills development programs in rural communities near Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the leadership team of this impactful organization. The role involves overseeing financial operations for Lesedi Schools and Clinic, supporting the mission to enhance community well-being through sustainable programs.

Lesedi Schools & Clinic, Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all financial operations for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounting functions for both the school and clinic operations
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and donor requirements
- Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders and board members
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the leadership team
- Support grant management and donor reporting
- Supervise finance staff and manage the finance department
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience
- Experience in the non-profit or education sector is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Zimbabwean tax laws and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization
