Position Overview

This role reports directly to the Fleet and Facilities Coordinator and forms an essential component of the University's operational framework. The successful candidate will deliver safe, dependable, and efficient transportation solutions for the academic institution's student body, employees, external stakeholders, and collaborative partners. The primary focus involves operating institutional vehicles while adhering strictly to applicable traffic laws, organizational guidelines, and established safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate University-owned vehicles in accordance with all relevant road safety legislation and institutional regulations
• Provide transportation services to students, faculty, administrative staff, and external parties
• Maintain vehicles in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Ensure passenger safety and comfort during all journeys
• Adhere to scheduled routes and timelines as assigned
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage and mileage
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks
