Position Overview

This full-time residential position is based in Ebenezer Matobo, Zimbabwe, and reports directly to the Poultry Team Lead. The Poultry Coach manages the daily operations of a layer production unit while simultaneously mentoring and developing a team of 10-15 apprentices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operational activities within the layer unit
• Ensure efficient and profitable management of poultry stock
• Provide hands-on coaching and practical training to apprentice team members
• Facilitate leadership development and professional growth among trainees
• Implement discipleship and mentoring programs for the apprentice cohort
• Monitor bird health, welfare, and production standards
• Maintain operational efficiency while achieving profitability targets
