About the Role
We are seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the people function across our group of companies. This role encompasses managing recruitment, performance management, organisational culture, and training initiatives for a genuinely diverse, multi-industry group. The position is based at our Head Office in Zimbabwe, overseeing operations across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources activities across the group
- Manage recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Drive performance management systems and initiatives
- Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with company values
- Develop and implement training programmes to enhance employee skills
- Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership across multiple business units
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a multi-entity or group structure
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across diverse industries within a group of companies
- Based in or willing to work from Zimbabwe (Head Office)
