About the Role

An established centre is seeking enthusiastic recent graduates to join their Quality Assurance department in an entry-level capacity. In this position, you will contribute to the testing and validation efforts for business systems being deployed across the organization. Your primary focus will be on verifying that applications, workflows, and digital platforms undergo comprehensive testing prior to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the testing and validation of business systems scheduled for deployment
• Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments on applications and digital workflows
• Execute test cases to identify defects and ensure system functionality meets requirements
• Support the documentation and reporting of test results and findings
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve identified issues
• Contribute to the refinement of testing processes and procedures
