Job Summary

The successful candidate will be based outside Harare and will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership of the area office. This includes supervising staff at the office and inspecting all construction companies in the region, ensuring adherence of employers and employees in the construction industry to the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

• Provide leadership and supervision for the area office operations
• Conduct inspections of construction companies within the assigned region
• Ensure compliance of both employers and employees with the Collective Bargaining Agreement provisions within the construction industry
