About the Role

We are a leading foreign exchange bureau, officially licensed by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our money transfer and remittance services division.

Our organization specializes in facilitating both international outbound and inbound diaspora remittances through partnerships with globally recognized money transfer networks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market expansion for our remittance transfer services
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the money transfer sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Promote our remittance products and services through strategic business development initiatives
• Meet and exceed sales targets for money transfer transactions
• Represent the organization professionally to partners and customers

Key Requirements

• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in financial services or remittance sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with ability to drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of money transfer services and diaspora remittance markets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and integrity in all business dealings
