Position Overview

This role involves supporting the Harvesting Manager in executing strategic planning, orchestrating day-to-day operations, and overseeing all harvesting activities. Your primary objective will be to maintain rigorous safety protocols, optimize operational efficiency, and control costs throughout harvesting campaigns while consistently achieving production quotas and upholding quality benchmarks aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Harvesting Manager to develop and implement harvesting schedules and operational strategies
• Monitor and enforce compliance with established harvesting procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure harvesting machinery is properly maintained, allocated, and utilized for maximum productivity
• Supervise workforce deployment and performance to meet operational targets
• Track harvesting metrics and production data to identify efficiency improvements
• Maintain adherence to quality standards throughout all harvesting phases
• Implement company policies and procedures across harvesting operations
