Plant Cost Controller

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Cost Controller to join our team at Nytil Plant in Jinja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing plant costs using SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on process costing and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize plant costs using SAP S/4HANA
• Oversee process costing and variance analysis
• Control and monitor material costs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production teams to ensure cost efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–8 years' experience in manufacturing (textile industry preferred)
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience (CO & Product Costing)
• Expertise in process costing, variance analysis, and material control

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CMA)
