8 JOB PURPOSE To plan, lead, and execute marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support revenue growth. Competencies
Strategic thinking and creativity. Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Innovation in campaign development and execution.
Performance and Leadership KPIs
Execution of approved marketing strategies and campaigns. Contribution of marketing activities to revenue growth and sales performance. Effectiveness of brand visibility, PR, and corporate communications. Quality of planning, organization, and coordination with other departments. Accountability, dependability, and responsible budget management. Innovation in campaign development and problem-solving. Development and enforcement of department SOPs.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development and execution. Digital marketing, social media, and content management skills. Ability to conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting. Budget planning and cost control skills. Event planning and campaign coordination capability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Operational KPIs:
Growth in brand visibility, recognition, and media presence. Increase in social media followers, engagement rate, and website inquiries by 30% per quarter.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Additional training in digital marketing, branding, or communications is an added advantage.
Work Experience
Minimum of 4–6 years of managerial experience in marketing, brand management, or communications. Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and leading teams. Experience in digital marketing, PR, and event coordination. Experience working with agencies, media partners, or corporate brands is an added advantage.
